Manuscript Format:
Submit in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.
Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced.
Set 1-inch margins on all sides.
Do not include author details in the manuscript file to ensure blind review.
Abstract: A 150–200 word summary with 4–5 keywords.
Eligibility:
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
Open to fiction (e.g., literary, historical, thriller) and non-fiction (e.g., memoirs, self-help, cultural studies).
We encourage submissions with a strong connection to India or the Indian subcontinent.
Submission Process:
Submit online via the EZ Education website’s 'Start Publishing' section.
Only electronic submissions are accepted; printed manuscripts will not be reviewed.
Retain a copy of your work, as manuscripts will not be returned.
Plagiarism: Manuscripts must have a similarity index below 10%. We use plagiarism detection software.
Copyright: Obtain permissions for any copyrighted material (e.g., quotes, images) and include them in the submission.
Formatting:
Use APA 6th edition for references.
Tables, figures, or images must be high-resolution (300 dpi, JPEG/TIFF) and submitted separately.
Ethics: For non-fiction involving human/animal data, include ethics approval from a relevant committee.
Timeline: Expect a response within 1 months. If no response, send a reminder with the initial submission date.
Evaluation: Manuscripts are assessed for style, content, readability, market trends, and fit with our publishing program (Crosby Books for creative works, Scholar Books for academic).
Peer Review: Fiction undergoes editorial review; non-fiction may involve double-blind peer review.
If accepted, you’ll receive a printing proposal with interior and cover files for review and approval.
Authors will sign a Copyright Form granting EZ Education exclusive publishing rights.
Our marketing team will collaborate with you on promotion, royalties, and distribution, detailed post-acceptance.
Authors are encouraged to join our Author Club for community support and resources.

Proposal Submission:
Submit a detailed proposal including:
A synopsis of the edited book (500–1000 words).
A table of contents with chapter titles and brief descriptions (100–150 words per chapter).
A list of contributors with their affiliations and contact details.
A sample chapter or two (if available).
Specify the target audience and relevance of the book to academic or scholarly fields.
Manuscript Format:

Page size: A4 or letter.
Include a title page with the book title, editor(s) names, affiliations, and contact information.

Follow APA 7th edition for citations and references.
Include an abstract (250–300 words) and 3–5 keywords per chapter.
Ensure all contributors adhere to the same formatting and style guidelines.
Additional Materials:
Provide a brief editor’s introduction (1,000–2,000 words) outlining the book’s purpose and scope.
Include contributor biographies (100–150 words each).
Attach permissions for any copyrighted material (e.g., figures, tables, or text excerpts).
Electronic Submission:

Ensure all files are clearly labeled (e.g., “Proposal_BookTitle.docx”, “SampleChapter1_BookTitle.docx”).
Review Process:
Proposals are reviewed within 8–12 weeks.
If shortlisted, editors will be asked to submit the full manuscript for peer review.
Only electronic submissions are accepted; hard copies will not be reviewed.
Ethical Guidelines:
Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
Plagiarism checks are conducted; similarity index should not exceed 10%.
Obtain permissions for copyrighted material and acknowledge sources appropriately.
Simultaneous Submissions:
Simultaneous submissions are allowed, but inform EZ Education if the manuscript is under review elsewhere.
Notify us immediately if the manuscript is accepted by another publisher.
Upon acceptance, editors will receive a publishing agreement and a printing proposal with interior and cover files for review.
Editors must ensure all contributors revise chapters based on peer-review feedback.
Final manuscripts must be submitted in editable Word format for copy-editing and production.
